PARENTS...
A notice has gone out to everyone concerning children playing ON and IN our beautiful flower beds.  The main problem is the children waiting for the buses in the mornings.  Children are climbing all over the statue and trampling through the flower beds and on the waterfall rocks and beds.
PLEASE ask your children to stay off of and out of these areas.  Not only can this cause damage, but it is not safe for the kids. Damages cost us (the homeowners) when flowers and mulch need replaced.  
We ask that you respect the neighborhood and help us to keep it looking beautiful.

Dog Owners...
PLEASE clean up after your dogs.  The common area isn't a place for your precious puppies to leave their business.
We also ask that you do not allow them use unoccupied homes and lots freely as well.
